Talk topics

  • Hormonal health across midlife

What changes in perimenopause, menopause, and the decades after — and how to talk about it in a clinical setting.

  • Healthy aging

Practical education on medications, bone and heart health, and staying independent longer.

  • Health equity

Why Black women and underserved communities are dismissed more often, and what institutions can change.

  • Faith and wholeness

Body, soul, and spirit together — written for congregations that value both prayer and good care.

  • Medication safety

Polypharmacy, interactions, adherence, and the questions every patient should be asking a pharmacist.

Talks are educational. Dr. Bellamy does not diagnose or prescribe from a stage, and no session promotes a specific product or therapy.
